Why do I care?
Life is hard. No matter the season or stage we find ourselves in, sometimes there is an obstacle around the corner that comes out of nowhere and leaves us feeling stuck. My desire is to walk alongside you in these moments and be present as you discover how to navigate to the other side.
I care to help you find connection and belonging especially during those times when all you might be feeling is lonely and isolated. My hope is that when you meet with me you will feel seen, heard, and understood.
I believe in the importance of providing a safe and welcoming space, where you are free to be yourself and work on creating the life you desire in a judgment-free zone.
What do I bring to sessions?
Acceptance for who you are and what you are working through. There are no right or wrong answers here! I will meet you where you are.
Attentiveness to your voice, story, and whatever is on your mind. I am here to sit with you, listen to your concerns, and respond with kindness and encouragement. Healing is a journey, but it is one you do not have to face alone!
Dedication to you and your goals. As an intern, I am constantly learning and growing in my professional skills. Your time is important, and I aim to make the most of it by bringing in the skills, modalities, and expertise that I am continuously gaining from my professors and supervisors.
