Why do I care?
As an 8 on the enneagram, I have strong convictions, opinions, and wants. I also have a deep desire to empower others to develop their own sense of self in which they are fully confident!
I care deeply for my clients and want them to feel like they have a place where they can talk about the things people are afraid to bring up at the dinner table or when out with friends.
I feel strongly that people are important and meant to live in relationships with others. I want everyone to feel like they can connect with people- even when they feel so different from them.
What do I bring to sessions?
Readiness to meet your therapeutic needs. You are the authority in our sessions-we’ll use the time as you feel will most benefit you.
Willingness to hold space for what you are struggling with. I’m not afraid to ask the hard questions.
Awareness of effective therapeutic interventions. I have been practicing for 10 years in the mental health world. In higher levels of care, like Residential, Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient. I regularly attend trainings to enhance my expertise and maintain my certifications.

I color my hair purple as a fun way of promoting eating disorder awareness.
My favorite tv show is The Office. I watch it when I’m stressed, ecstatic, bored, whenever!
I can’t do a cartwheel to save my life.
