  • We want you to feel heard, challenged, and hopeful after our sessions. You dictate what we talk about in sessions and how fast we progress. It won’t all be sunshine and roses because real life rarely is! Our hope is you feel safe to enter into your brave space when in my office. If you feel more comfortable walking and talking-we can do that in the courtyard outside of our office!

  • Let’s be honest, insurance doesn’t honor a person’s mental health needs. They care more about saving themselves money than empowering you to find freedom.  Most people don’t know that using your insurance to pay for therapy limits confidentiality, puts you at risk for increased insurance premiums, requires utilizing an insurance-driven treatment plan, which typically limits your sessions or the length of your sessions and likely places you with someone who is less experienced or specialized.

    We want more for you — a custom, client-driven treatment plan. I am committed to offering high quality, custom therapy services to our clients. We accept private pay for services offered, which allows us the flexibility to meet your individual needs.

  • Simple Practice is the online platform that I use for my scheduling and invoicing needs. As a client, you will get an account for this platform and through it be able to view, complete, and sign all of my practice documents. You can also request new appointments through this platform. Simply click on the Schedule Now tab to get started!

  • We always offer HIPPA compliant telehealth sessions! I utilize the virtual therapy session platform on Simple Practice.

  • If you are a new client, fill out the contact form or click the orange Schedule a Free Consultation button to get started.

    If you are an existing client,  click on the Schedule Now page and Request an Appointment. It will show you our availability and you’ll get a confirmation email from us once it’s confirmed.
